Bobby Womack : ‘Fly Me to the Moon (In Other Words)’

I was watching the movie ‘Relatos salvajes’ (Wild Tales) last night, and it ended with a scene scored by this Bobby Womack track. Needless to say, I had goosebumps immediately. I’m ashamed to say that I only know a handful of tracks of his – this not being one of them. So of course I automatically downloaded as much Bobby Womack as I could get my hands on before the end credits even finished rolling. A few more lifetimes are required for listening to all the great music out there. Sigh.

My only beef with ‘Fly Me to the Moon’ is that it ends way too quickly. I could easily listen to an 8 minute version of this. Perhaps that’s where the ‘repeat’ button comes into play today.
